Top Ten Blogs for Frugal Deals

This week instead of a round up of deals, we will be doing a highlight of some of the best frugal blogs around the internet. Some of them will be chosen by me, but many of them have been chosen by you. Thank you for all your nominations.

1. The Frugal Map: With a lot of frugal blogs doing regional couponing deals, sometimes it can feel like you have to scroll through a bunch of irrelevant posts to find deals that apply to you. Well Briana (from Bargain Briana) has started a blog where you can search for frugal blogs by state. And if you happen to have a frugal blog, you should go over and submit yours.
   
2. Baby Cheapskate: If you have a baby, or are shopping for a baby, or even know a baby, you need to know Baby Cheapskate. I head here every week to find out where to get the best deals on diapers, formula, baby food and more. She also regularly posts on baby deals found around the web.
3. Couponing to Disney: There are many components to blog, but my favorite is that she has used the money saved from couponing to pay for a Disney trip. She also has some great tips on how to do Disney affordably. A lot of great tips here!!
4. Freebies 4 Mom: You have hit the motherload for finding things for free on the web. Free samples, free deals and even some giveaways. If it's free, you can bet you will read about it here first.
5. Stockpiling Moms: A site loaded with tips on how to use coupons to build a stockpile of products at rock bottom prices. A very well designed site with great info for couponing newbies. My other favorite post is her weekly Tuesday tip on going green.
6. Savings & Stewardship: The proof is right there in her sidebar where you can see exactly how much she has saved year to date by living frugally. But what I am looking forward to is her upcoming series in May where she puts some of her frugal concepts to the test. I can't wait to see which is more frugal cloth or disposable.
7. The Shopping Adventures of Cheapo McFrugalpants: This nominated blog had me with the name. Sheer brilliance. Lots of great tips and store round ups with a great bit of humor on the side.
8. 5 Dollar Dinners: Yes there are store and internet deals to be found here, but people come to this blog to learn to make dinner for a steal. Yep, you read right. Nightly dinners for $5 and under. You can't afford NOT to read this blog.
9. Mummy Deals: This blog was nominated a few times so she must be doing something right. Another great blog for beginners with good tips on how to get started and how to wade through all the couponing lingo. She also has a weekly giveaway as well as a weekly recipe from across the pond (that's England for those of you who don't watch every Hugh Grant movie ever made).
10. Mommy Snacks: So much good stuff to be found. She calls her deals "snacks" and gives you a lot to munch on. But she isn't just about saving. You can also learn a lot of great ways to earn money without leaving your home. She is also passionate about helping other bloggers grow their blogs and begin to earn income from them. A very savvy blogger.
